Description

A seasonal honjozo ichibanshibori namazake genshu from Takarayama Shuzo in Niigata, available from December through March. Bottled without pasteurization or water addition directly from the first pressing, it combines the freshness of nama with the concentrated, dry weight of genshu honjozo.
