Description
Reihou rice polished to 70% is used for this honjozo from Senryu Shuzo in Nagasaki, named after Nagasaki's iconic Obon boat-floating ceremony and bottled as an undiluted genshu at 18% alcohol for robust character. The label references the folk song of Nagasaki-born songwriter Sadamasa, and the sake is well suited to serving on the rocks.
