Pressed and bottled without heat treatment from Yamada Nishiki polished to 50%, this shiboritate junmai genshu offers the fresh, citrus-forward aroma and raw energy of new-season sake. Yamada Nishiki from Wakayama's mineral-rich hard water gives this winter release a powerful, concentrated rice sweetness with a brisk, dry finish.
