简介
Saganishiki is a junmai ginjo from Oki Shuzou, the only brewery on the Oki Islands, Shimane. Brewed using island spring water and sake-specific rice varieties selected and milled in-house, the brewery won a gold award at KURAMASTER 2024 for its junmai ginjo range with clean acidity and gentle rice umami.

隐岐酒造株式会社
岛根县
隐岐酒造于1972年由菊水、高正宗、冲鹤、御所等五家酒藏（西乡酒造组合）联合创立，并选定了代表品牌。隐岐群岛自《古事记》《日本书纪》时代便有文献记载，由距岛根半岛约40至60公里的日本海中大小逾180座岛屿组成，历史上曾是后鸟羽、后醍醐天皇流放之地，以奇岩海礁等自然景观著称。岛上雨雾丰沛、森林茂密，对马暖流带来清澈的水源，环境厅评选的"百名水"中有两处即在此地。酒藏在这片富饶的自然环境中酿造日本酒、烧酒及利口酒。
