岩村醸造株式会社
岐阜县
岩村醸造创立于1787年(江户时代天明七年),位于岐阜县恵那市岩村町。创业之初,经营酒藏的渡会家族以岩村城年贡进纳的米为原料开始酿造日本酒。1923年在设立岩村町第二家株式会社的同时,也开始同步生产味噌和酱油,因此公司名为"醸造"而非"酒造"。此后味噌酱油业务停止,专注于酒藏至今。酒藏坚持酿造真正意义上的地域日本酒,原料米在当地种植,酿造用水则采自约400年前挖掘的古井,与栽培原料米所用水质相同。在杜氏的手工技艺下,秉承创业以来"怜楼馥郁"的酿造信条,始终追求与时代相符的日本酒,持续进化。
