Description
Tsuyubakaze, a rice variety native to Nara, is used in this sake whose name references the ancient Yamato Uruwashi poem celebrating the beauty of Nara. The brewery is located at the foot of Tonomine (Tanzan), drawing on well water fed by the Terakawa river, a tributary flowing from Tanzan Shrine.
