创立于大正12年(1923年),位于备前米的主要产区,使用优质酒米酿造风味醇厚的清酒。酿酒职人夏季务农种米、冬季入仓酿酒,酒造主人亲自参与酿造,全体人员以一期一会的精神全力投入高品质酿造。酒名"桃之里"源于1955年昭和天皇巡幸此地时,为纪念本书创立35周年而育种栽培之典故。
