Miinokotobuki Tokubetsu Junmai from MIINOKOTOBUKI CO.,LTD. in Fukuoka is a 'special junmai' brewed with either premium rice or a lower polishing ratio to elevate the standard junmai experience. Full-flavored and versatile, it strikes an excellent balance between the earthy depth of junmai and the aromatic lift of ginjo, making it a superb all-rounder.
