松井酒造株式会社创立于享保十一年(1726年),酒藏坐落于东山三十六峰与鸭川之间,附近有京都御所、下鸭神社及比叡山等名胜环绕,自然环境得天独厚。因地下工程影响而长期停产后,酒藏于2009年复兴,多名酿酒师共同投入酿造。酒藏不追求强烈香气或干辣,而是最大限度呈现米的甜酸"米之旨味",以松尾大社日本酒大赛冠军的实力,酿制醇厚美味的佳酿。
