Kuragaku Junmai is a hand-crafted pure rice sake made with Hiroshima-origin rice, polished to 70%, by the small team at Saijotsuru Brewery where all staff participate in every step of production. No product-specific taste information was found beyond the brewery's general character of clean, mellow sake.
