Kumenoi Shiboritate Namagenshu is a fresh-press undiluted unpasteurized seasonal sake from Goto Shuzo in Kuma District, Ehime, using Matsuyama Mii and Kogane Masari. Bottled immediately from the press at full brewing strength, it captures the raw intensity and vivid rice character that only a shiboritate namagenshu can deliver.
