Description

A gem of the forest that brings out the sophisticated aroma and taste from the core of rice by carefully polishing "Yamada Nishiki (from Hyogo Prefecture)" with self -polished rice and carefully fermenting steamed rice at low temperatures. By using Yamada Nishiki, it is a core liquor, and it is finished in a mellow sake quality with rice flavor. Daiginjo with a rice polishing rate of 50 %, but the cost performance is outstanding.
