Kinmonryogoku Shofuku Kuranohana Junmai Ginjo is brewed by Kakuboshi Co., Ltd in Miyagi Prefecture using Kuranohana, a rice variety developed specifically for sake brewing in Miyagi. As a junmai ginjo, it is produced without added alcohol and with a polishing ratio of 60% or less, with the Kuranohana rice imparting a clean, light character typical of Miyagi-style sake.
