Kikuchi Sake Brewing Co.,Ltd

Okayama
Kikuchi Sake Brewery, a brewery of "San", "Kimura -style miracle liquor" and "Kurashiki Shakachi", is located in a corner of the old wholesaler district that once flourished as Sengoku and Bichu Tamashima Port (now Tamashima, Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture). Founded in 1873. The sake inscription was named "Sanzen" because of the wish that it was a wonderful sake that shines even more among many sake. During the sake brewing period, in the warehouse where Mozart's music flows, we use rice suitable for sake brewing such as the king of sake rice "Yamada Nishiki", Okayama's proud sake rice "Omachi", and "Asahi" and "Akebono". With the water in the Takahashi River basin, which boasts excellent water quality, and the outstanding techniques of Mr. Toru Bichu, which is always highly evaluated at each item, we are making sake brewing with the motto of quality.
