KID Takagi's fusion sake

Heiwa Shuzou currently has three certified Nanbu Toji brewers, and a new initiative called the "Certified Toji Brewer Series" has been launched to release special brews crafted by these certified toji brewers. The previous release was by Mr. Miyazaki, and this time, the sake has been brewed by Mr. Takagi. Mr. Takagi, who is also the head brewer for Heiwa Craft, Heiwa Shuzou's beer division, has created a fusion of sake and hops. It is not sake, nor beer, nor even a liqueur, but rather a unique and special creation. The flavor profile offers nuances reminiscent of pink grapefruit and yogurt, giving birth to an entirely new type of beverage.
