使用京都诞生的新酵母「京之恋」。酿造用米以清酒酿造适合米「祝」为主,适用于所有京都产纯米酒。解放了这种酵母的束缚,精心酿造出最高品质的酿造酒。四段酿造、生酒特有的米香与甜味,长期超低温发酵带来的清爽香气,以及爽净感完美调和。以无滤过方式酿造,根据瓶装时机,米的成分可能残留于瓶内。充满活力的酵母跃动感直接传递至舌尖的生酒。※与京都市产业技术研究所共同开发的新型纯米酒。
