Around the warehouse, you can still see the traditional spacious rural scenery. I would like to challenge new technologies while inheriting and protecting the old -fashioned handmade parts as a small sake brewery in Higashiizumi, Yaita -shi, which is blessed with this natural environment. We are also working on the latest technologies such as natural gin scent yeast and flat rice rice.
