Yamatsuru Junmai Daiginjo is produced by Nakamotoshuzouten in Nara using rice milled to 50% or below, a hallmark of the daiginjo category. Brewed without distilled alcohol additions, it expresses a pure, rice-forward character with the high-polish refinement typical of this grade. Nara's cool climate and quality water contribute to the clean, layered finish of this expression.
