这款本酿造"莺"使用精米步合65%的米,由江户后期便传承至今的长野县佐久市酒藏酿造而成。海拔约700米的佐久盆地气候极为寒冷,拥有清冽的水源,是形成该酒藏所有酒款缓慢发酵特征的理想环境。
