It features "gorgeous scent", "refreshing mouthfeel" and "moderate acidity". It is an unfiltered liquor inspired by "early blooming cherry blossoms" blooming on Matsuda in late February. The squeezed liquor is filtered to remove turbidity and unpleasant taste. It is unfiltered to not do this.
