A tokubetsu junmai using 100% Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 70%, bottled as a long-term cold-storage (namacho) sake. The Yamada Nishiki contributes a structured, clean umami, while cold aging under Nada's Miyamizu water conditions adds a smooth depth to the finish.
