Hakushika Ozu Junmai Ginjo is produced at Tatsuuma-Honke's Nishinomiya facility using Miyamizu spring water. The junmai ginjo category demands rice and koji only, and the Hakushika house approach delivers a fresh ginjo aroma with a smooth, refined sweetness and clean acidity characteristic of the Nada style.
