Furusatosanka Nakatorigenshu is a daiginjo genshu using Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% from Senryu Shuzo in Nagasaki. Nakatori (middle-run) selection captures the most balanced portion of the pressing; bottled undiluted as genshu, it delivers the full aromatic intensity of a premium Nagasaki daiginjo.
