Daiginjo Juuku Pin Stripe is a daiginjo from Ozawa Shuzo in Nagano, one of Japan's smallest breweries with an annual output of roughly 60 koku, where three family members manage everything from brewing to sales. The house philosophy of restraint over showiness guides even this top-tier expression.
