Kimanyo's long -term storage sake is a liquor (old sake) brewed in April 2016. By loosely aged in the warehouse, rice -derived sugars and amino acids become mellow, colored into beautiful Yamabuki colors, and emit an elegant incense. It is a luxurious liquor that has been literally raised in time and effort. The lees may be sediment, but there is no problem with the quality, so please drink with confidence.
