Asamadake Nigorishu is an unfiltered nigorizake from Ohtsuka Shuzo in Komoro, Nagano Prefecture. Brewed with the Asama volcanic mineral water, this cloudy sake retains rice solids for a creamy texture and the full, earthy depth of unrefined sake.
