Junmai nama genshu bottled with a light usunigori haze, brewed from Gohyakumangoku polished to 65% at Yoneda Sake Brewery in Matsue, Shimane. Unfiltered and undiluted, it retains the vivid freshness and concentrated rice sweetness of the freshly pressed sake.
