At the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake, we received a warm support from inside and outside the prefecture to both sides and mind, and hoped to reward the benefits as much as possible, and launched a project to save children with baton brewing fermentation connected to the future. As part of the activity, children who have been affected by the brewery sales are donated to the Hatachi Foundation, which provides continuous support until the age of 20. A special Junmai raw sake that uses rice from Miyagi Prefecture and carefully brewed. It is a liquor that harmonizes the light scent and the crisp throat, which is the characteristic of the warehouse flower.
