We are making sake in a delicious area of water that remains in nature in Shiso City. The deliciousness of the water and the cold climate create the deliciousness of sake. Since the Edo period, we have been protecting traditions, and we have been making sake with a lot of effort and time for high quality raw materials and brewers. It has a little sourness, and you can enjoy the mellow and refreshing.
