It was a historic sake brewery for about 200 years in the first year of the Meiji era, but Tadashi Watanabe, the president, has been given a hillage store.
A modern master craftsmen Naohiko Naohiko, who won the 27th gold prize at the National New Sake Appraisal, was reconciled from the end of 1995. After retirement, Tadashi Watanabe, the president of Kuramoto Tori, has created a new "agricultural outlet".
Currently, 100 % of sake brewing rice made in the Yoshikawa district of Hyogo prefecture in Hyogo prefecture is 100 %
