Description
Tokubetsu junmai brewed from Gohyakumangoku rice grown in the brewery's own contracted paddies in Yanagida-cho, Utsunomiya, a farm the brewery has operated since 1972. Fermented with the local Meiiri-Ogawa yeast, it presents a light, dry-leaning style with a soft swell of rice umami and a clean finish at 14% ABV.
