"Tanzawa", which was born from the brewery's wish to make Junmai Ginjo Sake with the best rice and cooperating with local farmers, has a sense of unity with food. Instead of alcohol standing, alcohol value the taste of food and the food enhances the taste of sake. The deep flavor and lingering lingering spread in the mouth like a transparent mountain stream of Tanzawa.
