The true "local sake" is ideal to use rice and water in the land. Daisuinomura is a genuine local sake from Hokkaido, which uses 100 % of Hokkaido rice because of the passion of "local sake unique to Hokkaido." Using the clear famous water from the Daisetsuyama system, the sake that has been squeezed out of one drop as far as affection, such as Junmai Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo, Junmai, and Honbori, which has been polished by the magnificent nature of Asahikawa.
