Taisetsunokura is produced by Goudoushusei Co., Ltd. (OENON Group), which has been operating its sake brewery in Asahikawa, Hokkaido since 1911 in a city historically known as 'the Nada of the North' for its ideal brewing conditions. The brand was created with the ambition to make genuinely delicious Hokkaido sake under the majestic Daisetsu mountains, using exclusively Hokkaido-grown rice varieties such as Ginpu and Suisei. The brewery combines traditional koji-making techniques with careful environmental controls to maintain consistent quality throughout the year, and its Chateau TAISETSUNOKURA series is designed to be enjoyed in wine glasses.
