Description

Daisetsu no Kura is the signature label of Godo Shusei in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, named for the Daisetsuzan (Great Snowy Mountains) National Park whose snowmelt provides the brewery's water. Hokkaido rice and the extraordinarily pure, cold water of Japan's largest national park produce a clean, refreshing sake that captures the vast, unspoiled alpine character of Hokkaido's interior.
