Reijin Shuzo, founded in 1789 near Lake Suwa in Nagano Prefecture, is one of the oldest breweries in the Suwa region, using carefully selected Nagano sake rice and water from the Kirigamine Mountains. Today the brewery offers a wide lineup spanning junmai daiginjo, ginjo, sparkling sake, and seasonal releases, built on more than two centuries of high-altitude brewing tradition.
