Honjozo Kinhana Reijin is a honjozo polished to 59%, produced at Reijin Shuzo in Suwa, Nagano, using Kirigamine Plateau springwater and local contract-farmed rice. The brewery typically ages its sake for around three years before release, building umami and softening the texture.
