Sake Brand
Kinogawa
Kinokawa was established in 1839 in Isahaya, Nagasaki Prefecture, and traces its modern form to a 1980 merger of four regional Nagasaki breweries that united their heritage under one label. Brewed with Kumamoto yeast and calibrated to the seafood-rich cuisine of the Nagasaki coast, Kinokawa has been selected as in-flight sake for JAL domestic routes and was the first Nagasaki brewery to produce doburoku.
