「Yatsugai」在豐後方言中意為「晚酌」。這是一款以大麥和大麥麴通過減壓蒸餾釀製而成的麥燒酎。原料和釀造方法與吉四六、豐後路相同,但酒精度數較高,達30度,口感更加厚實濃郁,令人回味無窮。
