Wakau Junmai Daiginjo Seneikarakuchi Kuro-label is polished to 50% from Yamagata rice and carries a sake meter value indicating a distinctly dry profile within the junmai daiginjo category. It is brewed at the Ouujiman brewery in Tsuruoka under the young-brewers development program supported by Tatenokawa Shuzo.
