Kurayoshi Junmai Daiginjo Shirakabetsuchikura celebrates the white-walled earthen storehouses of Kurayoshi's historic merchant district, designated as an Important National Preservation Landscape. Gensui Shuzo crafts this junmai daiginjo using the Hiezu River's soft Tottori water, bottling it in the shadow of the same whitewashed kura walls that have defined Kurayoshi for centuries.
