Brewed with Miyagi-grown Kura no Hana rice polished to 45%, this junmai daiginjo from Uchigasaki Brewery — the oldest sake producer in Miyagi, founded in 1661 — is crafted using traditional cold-weather brewing and Nanbu Toji techniques. It took Gold at the IWC 2024 in the junmai daiginjo category, and has won Gold at the National New Sake Awards.
