A 18-degree (juhachido) alcohol variant of the Iseasahi daiginjo from Asahi Syuzou in Mie, using Yamada Nishiki and Kaminoho at 50% polish. The higher alcohol level delivers a more concentrated, full-bodied expression of the daiginjo style.
