Description

利用自然之力熟成三年的日本酒。活用降雪豐沛的魚沼地區自古流傳的低溫食糧儲藏庫「雪室」進行釀造,在收納了大量積雪的酒倉中熟成。三度左右的低溫由積雪穩定維持,在此環境中歷經三年歲月,酒質愈發圓潤醇厚。
