- 1953On June 15, the company was established as a limited partnership (goshi-gaisha), the founding year listed in the company profile.
- 2006On July 19, the company was reorganized into a stock company (kabushiki-gaisha).
- 2007Brought in a toji (master brewer) and began producing the handmade barley shochu 'Kubo,' reviving the dormant brewery.
