Este Tokubetsu Junmai da KK Tsukinoishuzouten em Ibaraki é produzido com arroz cultivado organicamente, polido a 60%, e engarrafado como muroka namagenshu, ou seja, sem filtração a carvão, não pasteurizado e não diluído. O cultivo orgânico do arroz combinado ao formato de engarrafamento não processado resulta em um sake de pureza excepcional, textura encorpada e sabor de arroz vívido e genuíno.
