Daiginjo da Konotomo Shuzo em Hyogo sob o rótulo Tajima, produzido como namachozoshu, armazenado sem pasteurização e engarrafado antes da comercialização, com pasteurização única ou nenhuma. Esse método de produção preserva a frescura enquanto permite o desenvolvimento de alguma complexidade durante o envelhecimento em armazenamento frio. A designação tokusen o posiciona na categoria premium da cervejaria, abaixo do nível chotokusen.
