O Miyama Nishiki de Miyagi, polido a 60%, é engarrafado sob o rótulo Kojuro, nomeado em homenagem ao famoso espadachim de Shiroishi, neste tokubetsu junmai. Produzido com água subterrânea de Zao e levedura de Miyagi, o tokubetsu junmai da série K oferece aroma fresco com notas de muscatel, umami suave e acabamento ácido limpo, adequado para harmonização com alimentos. A cervejaria recebeu mais de 33 medalhas de ouro em competições nacionais.
