Ginjo elaborado com Yamada Nishiki de cultivo próprio polido a 50%, fermentado lentamente em baixas temperaturas. O uso de fermento Kumamoto confere um aroma suave e sabor delicado. O teor alcoólico foi ajustado a 15 graus para que possa ser apreciado também à mesa. Recomendado gelado ou em temperatura ambiente.
