Sake de mesa da Shiragiku Shuzo em Takahashi, Okayama, produzido exclusivamente com arroz cultivado em Okayama e água subterrânea do sistema fluvial Takahashi, afluente do Rio Narwa. A cervejaria, fundada em 1886, apoia-se em mais de 100 anos de artesanato dos toji de Bitchu para produzir sake com textura suave e sabor limpo e equilibrado.
